Style Icon: Alexa Chung

Since this is my very first post, I decided to post about one of my favorite fashion icons ever: Alexa Chung! I've always been a huge fan, especially since she's part Asian, part Caucasian, like me! In case you have no idea who Alexa Chung is, she's this brilliant British former model, now tv presenter, and contributing editor for British Vogue. It's On With Alexa Chung used to be my favorite show on MTV! Now my new obsession is 24 Hour Catwalk, which she hosts.

Her style has always been pretty consistent. Preppy collars, cute dresses and skirts, menswear, all timelessly classic pieces. In her recent cover on Teen Vogue, she tells her interviewer, "I love schoolgirl style; it's relaxed but smart, boyish but girly--all my favorite juxtapositions in one."

I mean, please! Just look at her. She's perfect. She looks cute and casual and knows how to do it effortlessly. She's constantly on the best dressed lists and is always front row at fashion shows.

Last but not least, I've been dying for the Alexa bag that Mulberry has produced for her!
